What we can all do in support of Ukraine

The crisis in Ukraine is being deeply felt by our employees, customers, and partners across the world. We want to voice our unwavering support for the Ukrainian people suffering the terrifying consequences of the conflict. We want to back our support with action and invite everyone to do the same. 

Every act of support counts and there is something each one of us can do to help. Here’s how Reachdesk and our people and partners are showing support and ways in which each one of us can help. 

Educate ourselves on the Ukraine crisis 

The conflict in Ukraine is a complex issue with a long history. More than 5 million people have been impacted by the conflict in Ukraine since 2013. Our partner GlobalGiving has been working with communities in Ukraine impacted by conflict for years and has created a resource to help people understand the complex history of the region and its needs. 

GlobalGiving established the Ukraine Crisis Relief Fund to support the most vulnerable communities in Ukraine and surrounding regions where Ukrainian refugees have fled. Donations will provide shelter, food, and clean water as well as psychological support and access to education for refugees and their children. 

The fund has already raised €5.36M of its €13.78M goal. All Reachdesk customers can contribute to this initiative through our eGift options. In addition, Reachdesk has committed to matching all employee donations made to the fund. 

 

Assist those who want to help Ukraine

We’re using our expertise and established shipping partnerships to get resources to the people of Ukraine. Some of our customers have already used the Reachdesk platform to purchase essentials and send them to Ukrainian refugees in Europe and we encourage more to do the same. We’ll continue to assist and encourage customers who want to help.

 

Encourage others to donate 

We’re giving our people, customers, and prospects the chance to contribute to the Ukraine crisis relief fund through our charity gift card partnership with GlobalGiving. We invite Reachdesk customers to add GlobalGiving gift cards available in GBP and USD to their eGift campaigns. Here are additional initiatives you can contribute to directly and encourage your company and customers to support: 

 

Show solidarity in our logo colors

Reachdesk will be using a blue and yellow logo in March. We’re doing so to show our solidarity with the people of Ukraine and to raise awareness for all they’re enduring.

At Reachdesk, we'll continue to actively support our employees, customers, and partners trying to help the people of Ukraine. We encourage the Reachdesk network to take action and seek opportunities to join forces in response to the ongoing crisis. I hope you’ll join us in this pledge.
