August was yet another big month for the Reachdesk platform as we added a major update to the Reachdesk Insights tool, added new analytics and yet another integrations to Reachdesk for People, added new functionality to the Teams page and overhauled our Apparel landing pages. 🔬 Reachdesk Insights
Since it launched in November 2021, the most powerful gifting intelligence in the marketplace has already helped hundreds of Reachdesk clients grow their pipelines, book more meetings, and close more deals. ⏱ Opportunity stage analysis
As part of our ongoing drive to offer the most extensive insight into your sending activity and provide the insight you need to optimise your gifting strategies at company, team, and even individual send level we have introduced Opportunity Stage Analysis. The new tab reveals how gifting is being applied throughout the opportunity lifecycle, enabling you to analyze your gifting strategy, understand trends, and identify areas for improvement.
It gives unprecedented insight into how gifting is being applied throughout the opportunity lifecycle enables you to pinpoint the sweet spots where your spend is having the greatest impact enables you to double down on winning strategies and replicate success elsewhere. And conversely, by identifying areas where your sends are having less impact you can tweak your approach to either change your approach or redeploy the gifting spend in areas where prospects are more likely to engage.
📈 Reachdesk for People - People Insights tab
As part of our drive to provide the most comprehensive data-driven gifting for our clients we've introduced the new People Insights tab. It enables you to understand your employee gifting from your recipients’ perspective, see if anyone has been left out and send gifts direct from the Insights tab, ensuring fairness and equity in your gifting. 🤝 SAP SuccessFactors integration
Another month, another new integration between Reachdesk for People and a leading core HR tool. This time, we've added connectivity with SAP's SuccessFactors platform, bringing us to a total of eight integrations with HRIS and a pipeline of more coming throughout the rest of the year, meaning even more clients can integrate their HRIS with Reachdesk for People, enabling them to send personalized gifts at every stage of the employee lifecycle. 👫 Show Users tab in Team page
In response to client feedback, we have now made it easy for admins and campaign managers to see the members of any team at-a-glance using the new Users tab on the Team page.
🛬 New flow for Apparel landing pages
It used to be that if you were sending sized apparel, a separate campaign had to be built for each size, which then had to be duplicated for each country. To make life easier, we’ve overhauled the apparel landing page process enabling you to use a single campaign and landing page per region covering all size options and you can reuse SKUs across warehouses. This means that it takes less time to build an apparel campaign and your inventory management is simplified.
Sends Page performance and filter enhancements
We’ve made some under-the-hood tweaks to. The send page to improve page loading and filter performance and redesigned the filter to make it consistent with the filters in Insights.
Empty states on People Insights
We’ve added specialised empty states to Reachdesk for People insights to encourage users to connect their HRIS, create their first campaign and make their first send.
Recipient tax ID for bundle sends
For those countries that require it (such as Brazil), the send flow now validates the capture of the recipient’s tax ID, minimising the risk of bundle sends getting caught up in customs.
Marketplace products tab in the vendor portal
There is a new tab in the vendor portal which shows vendors the products they have listed with Reachdesk.
Transfer available balance of team wallet to company wallet if team is deleted
Similar to how we do for inactive users, if a team is deleted and it has a team wallet, the balance is now automatically transferred back to the company wallet.
