Reachdesk named as one of the UK’s best places to work in 2023

27 April 23

Excuse us for blushing, but Reachdesk is featured on the UK’s Best Workplaces List 2023 (Medium Companies Category) by Great Place to Work!

The list was compiled following rigorous evaluations of hundreds of employee survey responses, alongside Culture Audit submissions from leaders at each participating company. This data is then used to benchmark the effectiveness of each company's employee value propositions against the culture their employees actually experience.

Fostering a healthy company culture isn’t always easy. From supporting employee morale in a hybrid-remote work environment, to offering genuinely useful benefits, there are many factors at play. Investing in our people means continually listening to their feedback and improving every step of the employee experience.

In addition to a benefits package that includes unlimited PTO, enhanced medical insurance, and professional development allowances, our employees regularly highlight our quarterly team socials, annual hackathon, “Ask Me Anything” sessions with our CEO and Leadership team, and, of course, receiving meaningful gifts to celebrate key milestones in their professional and personal lives as valued Reachdesk perks.

Commenting on our ranking, Reachdesk CEO Waleed Al-Atraqchi says: “It’s fantastic to be in the company of such great organizations who share Reachdesk’s steadfast commitment to employee wellbeing. Our people are the driving force behind what we do, and I’m delighted that they’ve shown so much passion for the culture and benefits we offer.”
