Reachdesk customers are not able to store the following items in Reachdesk's warehouses unless otherwise expressly agreed to by Reachdesk's supply chain team in writing:

  1. Tobacco and cannabis products, including smoking vaporizers,
  2. Alcohol (with the exception of sending alcohol within the United Kingdom, European Union, and Australia from their respective warehouses for units with less than 70% alcohol by volume)
  3. Electronic work equipment such as laptops, tablets, monitor stands, and monitors,
  4. Pressurized containers (e.g. aerosols), perfumes, nail polish, and chemicals,
  5. Any type of hazardous goods including but not limited to flammable (e.g. gasoline, lighter fluid), toxic, corrosive, radioactive or biological substances,
  6. Fragile items (e.g. glassware, ceramics, glasses) that are not securely packaged in a reasonably protective manner that would withstand shipping via parcel,
  7. Firearms, firearm accessories and parts, ammunition, knives, explosive devices, fireworks or any other pyrotechnics,
  8. Goods prohibited in accordance with the applicable law of the warehouse’s country,
  9. Animals, plants, biological material, seeds, fresh foods (e.g. fruits, meats, eggs, fish, seafood, vegetables, dairy) and any other temperature-regulated goods,
  10. Goods that are past their expiry date as labelled,
  11. Event equipment such as tablets, booths, monitors, and large props (unless otherwise communicated),
  12. Physical currency,
  13. Prescription drugs or other controlled substances or regulated goods,
  14. Individual items heavier than 20kg,
  15. Individual items with a value higher than $500 (e.g. jewellery, precious stones, technology hardware, luxury watches or artworks) unless otherwise communicated in writing, and
  16. Any items larger than the following standard pallet sizes and Inventory height per jurisdiction:
    US/EU/CA - 40” x 48” x 48"
    UK - 1,000mm x 1,200mm x 1,200mm
    AUS - 1,165mm x 1,165mm x 1,600mm
