These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Reachdesk - Web Summit 2022 prize draw competition ("Competition") which is organized by Reachdesk Ltd (“Reachdesk”) and is entered into by individuals that participate in the Competition (“Participant(s)”). By entering the Competition, Participants agree to be bound by these Rules.

1. How to enter

•   1.1To enter, Participants need to complete the form on the relevant landing page provided by Reachdesk.
•   Entries must be received by 6:00 PM GMT on 4 November 2022 (“Closing Time”).
    
•   Reachdesk accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach Reachdesk by the Closing Time for any reason.
•   Each person may only submit one entry to the Competition.

2. Eligibility

• 2.1 To be eligible for the competition Participants must:
  • (a) Be at least 18 years of age; and
  • Participate in, and be present at the Web Summit 2022 event that takes place from the 2^nd to the 4^th of November in Lisbon (proof of participation and presence may be requested).
  • Have completed a demo of Reachdesk product(s).

3. The draw

• The Prizes shall be awarded to Participants as selected by Reachdesk at its sole discretion.

4. The prizes

• 4.1. The prize pool consists of 5 e-gift cards at the value of €150 each (the “Prize(s)”).
• 4.2. Each individual may only receive one (1) Prize.
• 4.3. The Prizes can only be redeemed at vendors located in Europe.
• 4.4. Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Reachdesk reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. No prior correspondence would be provided if subsections (a) or (b) were to be used.
• 4.5. The winners will be notified via email at the address that they have provided in the landing page, after the completion of the demo.
• 4.6. Each winner will need to claim its Prize within 30 days from its receipt. If a winner does not claim their prize within this timeframe, the Prize will expire.
• 4.7. Reachdesk may not provide technical support related to the redemption or receipt of the Prize. 

1. • Participants consent to the data they share being processed for the purposes of administering the competition and for marketing purposes by Reachdesk. The processing of personal data shall be pursuant to Reachdesk’s privacy policy as stated here https://reachdesk.com/policy-center#privacy-policy

6. Limitation of Liability

Reachdesk does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by Participant as a result of either participating in the Competition or being selected for a Prize, save that Reachdesk does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.

7. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Participant and Reachdesk with respect to its subject matter and supersede all prior proposals, understandings, and communications. Reachdesk reserves the right to cancel the Competition or amend these Terms at any time, without prior notice. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid by a court with jurisdiction over the parties to these Terms, such provision will be deemed to be restated to reflect as nearly as possible the original intentions of the parties in accordance with applicable laws, and the remainder of these Terms will remain in full force and effect. These Terms and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with it, its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of New York.
