We're back with some fantastic new features and enhancements to the Reachdesk platform. As ever, we’ve been working hard to make sure Reachdesk helps you make deeper connections, do more with less, send globally at scale, and make better decisions. Let’s jump in!
Our new in-app notification center makes it easy to learn about the latest new features and functionality that has been added to Reachdesk, making sure you’re getting maximum value from the investment we’re making into the software. You get an overview of new functionality and can click through into the latest release notes page for the detail.
It is now easier than ever before to build Reachdesk into your customer advocacy strategy, combining it with Influitive to surprise and delight your advocates, reward them for specific actions/behaviors and drive customer success. It’s quick and easy to get integrated and start rewarding your advocates today. Find out more here.
Following client feedback, remaining balances are now broken down into company balance (balance that can be allocated to users) and user balance (balance that can still be spent) by currency. We are also showing the total unclaimed balance for all users.
Users can now see a currency’s full name, as well as the three character currency code to make it clear what country the currency is for - both in regular eGift card campaigns and within triggered eGift card campaigns.
Now, when setting up date triggered campaigns with Salesforce, the user is presented with a calendar picker with today’s date selected by default. To continue using Salesforce predefined date criteria, select a new is comparator and select from the dropdown.
We are now updating the status of the bundle engage (shown in the Sends tab) to Tracking Expired if the tracking link has expired after 90 days. This was previously only being updated in the order and not the engage.
We’ve added two new brands, giving you even more choice when gifting in the EU:
We are launching new non-instant eGift cards, enabling us to reach even more countries, bringing us to 53 currencies. With non-instant cards, instead of receiving the code instantly when claiming, the code is delivered by email within 7 working days. This initial launch will cover ~10% of these new cards and over the next couple of weeks we will roll out the remaining brands.
You can now filter Insights by team, sender and campaign, allowing for even more detailed analysis and a clearer view of how your gifting strategy is performing.
Admins and campaign managers can now assign a campaign to a team as part of the campaign setup, rather than having to go to the organization settings to do so.
We’ve tweaked the list of warehouses in the bundle and campaign pages to only show the warehouses that have your items in stock or have items due to arrive. Plus the list now defaults to the most used warehouse.
And there you have it - a host of amazing new features to get involved with. As always, this new functionality comes from a blend of proactive innovation from our incredible tech team and co-innovation with our wonderful clients. If you have anything you’d love to see in Reachdesk - or you have any questions - please get in touch.
